Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated bags with ice packs designed to keep your food at a safe temperature for several hours until you can refrigerate them.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Because we use fresh ingredients and no artificial preservatives, our meals typically stay fresh for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator. Each meal is labeled with a specific 'Use By' date for your convenience.
Can I customize my meals for specific dietary needs?
We offer a wide variety of options including Gluten-Free, Low Carb, and Vegetarian selections. While we cannot customize individual ingredients within a specific dish, our menu is designed to cater to most common dietary preferences.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or a meal did not meet our quality standards, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution.
How do I reheat my Eat Clean Bro meals?
Our containers are microwave-safe. Simply remove the lid and heat for 1.5 to 3 minutes, depending on the meal and your microwave's wattage. You can also transfer the food to an oven-safe dish if you prefer using a conventional oven.
